Crystals in a simple sense are charges for mining drilling rigs of the T2 version, which, depending on the choice, give different advantages, because they all differ in some way and are used in different ways. Do not use t2 drilling rigs without crystals, because production will be less than in t1 rigs.

It is also important to address waste mechanics before studying crystals, as all tier 2 drilling installations generate waste with a probability of 34%, and this probability increases when dealing with crystals. Waste refers to the depletion of a portion of the resource within the mined object, occurring with a certain probability. This portion is always equal to the volume extracted during the cycle; for instance, if 1000 m³ is extracted, then 1000 m³ is classified as waste. This indicates a loss that does not affect your total yield, as you have received your share, but a loss has occurred within the mined object, leading to a decrease in the available resource.

In the game we have three types of t1 and t2 crystals, namely A-I/II B-I/II C-I/II

Crystals of type A-I/II increase the amount of extracted resources by 50/80%

Crystals of type B-I/II increase the amount of extracted resources by 50/80% and the extraction speed by 10/20%

Crystals of type C-I/II increase the volume of waste when extracting resources by 18/28% and the chance of obtaining waste by 40/59%

Now let's see what each type is for

Type A crystals are used for careful extraction of resources due to the small chance of waste and therefore they are used more often than others.

Type B crystals are used to extract resources as quickly as possible, and are also indispensable in cases where there are more resources than time to extract them.

Кристаллы типа C нужны для скорейшего уничтожения ресурса без его добычи с помощью огромного количества отходов, ибо в игре есть ресурсы, которые обновляются спустя время или после рестарта, но при условии полного их отсутствия на месте. Так-же ими можно вредить уничтожая ресурс, который хотели добыть другие.

The development of skills in crystal mastery should be tailored to the specific location or type of ore you intend to mine. All ores are categorized into groups, each of which has its own designated crystals that will not be effective on ores from other groups.
